BASCO’s new state-of-the-art agitator mixing system uses aerospace design technology. It features a variable blade pitch to 30 degrees, that distributes material both horizontally and vertically. This hydrodynamic design acts more like a pump, ensuring that even the heaviest materials are distributed evenly throughout the drum.

• The top of the rod is tapered or chamfered allowing an easy fit to the drive socket.

• Little to no air bubbles or foam when complete mixing is achieved.

• The pin cage (bottom of shaft) is circular and funnel shaped allowing for smooth rotation during mixing. The blade has 0.030” controlled rotation.
