From the selection process to a fast and successful implementation of abas ERP

Before the implementation of abas ERP
The system used before the implementation of abas ERP was outdated and did not provide visibility of the evolution of the business. During the decision process three different applications were evaluated: Navision, Unit4 CCS and abas Business Software. The annual customer forum, abas 360° by ABAS Software AG in Germany gave the opportunity to meet and sit together with one of the main customers in the cosmetic industry and the decision went in favor to the complete solution by ABAS.
Improvements of the information flow and the customer satisfaction With the implementation of abas ERP, a complete reengineering of the processes in all departments of the company was done. These enhancements offered a better production lead time, the product offering could be expanded, shortages in the warehouse could be reduced - the satisfaction of the customers improved through qualitative deliveries of the products. The internationality of the Software, the regular upgrades and the international ABAS network will further on support the company by achieving their objectives.
