Burlington, NJ. . .CEMENTEX PRODUCTS, INC. introduces the latest addition to its line of dielectric safety tools for use by personnel working in an energized circuit environment: new totally insulated adjustable wrenches. These wrenches are unique in that the head and knurl nut are coated with the same insulation as the rest of the tool, leaving no outer surface exposed, thus providing the ultimate in user protection.
The patent-pending product is the only adjustable wrench that meets the ASTM F1505 standard for insulated hand tools. All CEMENTEX PRODUCTS hand tools are double-insulated and manufactured to the ASTM F-1505.94 standard for work on energized circuits with voltages up to 1,000 VAC (1,500 VDC). When the outer orange insulation layer has worn, the inner yellow layer shows through, serving as an early warning to remove the tool from service.
The wrenches are premium quality for long use and conform to GGG standards for government and military applications. They are available in 8", 10" and 12" lengths, with jaw openings of 15/16", 1-1/8", and 1-5/16" respectively.
