Stanley Vidmar Introduces the Tire Storage Pallet
This new accessory to the STAK System® product saves storage space
The new Tire Pallet makes the popular Stanley® Vidmar® STAK System® adjustable storage system even more useful. The new pallet not only lets customers store more tires in less space than conventional tire racks, but it makes storing and retrieving those tires a lot easier. It's a great accessory for auto, truck, and heavy equipment dealers and repair shops, as well as for transportation and aviation manufacturing and maintenance facilities.
The pallet includes crossbars to secure up to six standard tires, or four large tires, in an upright position. A front drop gate opens as a ramp that lets users roll tires on and off the pallet, then folds back up to act as a restraining gate. Once the pallet has been loaded, the system's integral forklift then picks it up and places it in one the vertical storage bays. The removable pallet can also be loaded directly from the back of a delivery truck and then transported back to the system, eliminating one step from delivery to storage.
The patented STAK System® adjustable storage system is an integrated, single-operator system for the storage, retrieval, and staging of items weighing up to 4,000 pounds. It's designed to save time and space: its captive lifting and handling device eliminates the need for a skilled fork lift driver, while requiring less aisle width than a fork lift, and its height-adjustable pallets let users maximize storage density.
