New Economical Adjustable Height Workbenches from IAC Industries

BREA, CA — IAC Industries is pleased to announce the introduction of new economical versions of the company’s height adjustable workbenches with the 930 Pro Series and 940 Pro Series workbenches. Pro Series workbenches from IAC Industries are best identified by a cantilever leg design and an adjustable height worksurface. The versatility of easy worksurface height adjustment has popularized this type of workbench in a variety of environments such as manufacturing, assembly, and laboratories as companies must do more with fewer workstations. The new 930 and 940 Pro Series accomplish this with a new cost-effective design.

Ergonomically, there is no dispute that the ability to precisely position the worksurface reduces strain and fatigue in shoulders, arms and the back. With the 930/940 Pro Series, there is more. Both new series incorporate a cantilever support system, housing the hydraulic lifters, that provides maximum leg and knee room by eliminating the front legs found on conventional benches. And the 180-degree rolled front edge for the worksurface provides a comfortable rest for forearms.

A rotating hand crank manually controls height adjustment on the 930 Pro Series. The crank handle folds out of the way when not in use. Adjustment on the 940 Pro Series is electrically actuated via Up/Down pushbuttons. Either controller may be positioned on the right or left side, under the worksurface support frame.

A steel channel frame and 1/25”-thick worksurface provide for a full 500-pound evenly-distributed load capacity. The worksurface in both models travels 12 inches to provide heights ranging from 30 to 42 inches. The worksurface is available in Standard or ESD laminate, with a wide variety of color choice.

Available options for suspended drawers/cabinets, electrical channels, and upper utility structures with shelving and lighting offer endless configurations.
