EP3HTND-2Med Black: Biocompatible Epoxy Paste Will Not Flow While Curing
EP3HTND-2Med Black is a one part system that combines easy processing with excellent bonding properties. It cures in 20-30 minutes at 250°F or 5-10 minutes at 300°F and adheres well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals, ceramics and most plastics. This paste compound meets USP Class VI specifications as well as ISO 10993-5 for cytotoxicity. EP3HTND-2Med Black possesses superior chemical resistance, particularly to chemical sterilants, as well as to other types of sterilization including EtO, radiation and especially autoclaving. The service temperature range for this product is -60°F to +400°F.

MasterSil 910Med One Part, Medical Grade Silicone System Cures Rapidly
Passing both USP Class VI testing and ISO cytotoxicity specifications, MasterSil 910Med is formulated for bonding, sealing, coating of medical devices. As an acetoxy type system, it bonds exceptionally well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, ceramics, glass as well as many rubbers and plastics. Tack free time can range from 10-20 minutes at 75°F. This compound withstands liquid sterilants, gamma radiation and EtO very well. Its service temperature range is -75°F to +400°F. Shore A harness is 20-30.

EP21LVMed: Low Viscosity, Two Component Epoxy Compound
EP21LVMed is a two component, low viscosity epoxy resin system for high performance bonding, sealing, coating, encapsulating and casting. It produces high strength, durable bonds which hold up well to thermal cycling and resists EtO, radiation and many chemical sterilants. Serviceable over the wide temperature range of -65°F to +250°F [-54°C to +121°C], EP21LVMed has a convenient one to one mix ratio. It cures at ambient temperatures and fully passes USP Class VI testing.

LED403Med: LED Curable System Meets USP Class VI Specifications
One part LED403Med cures in thin sections in 15-30 seconds upon exposure to a 405 nm wavelength LED light. Featuring excellent optical clarity and superior light transmission properties, it fully cures tack-free without any oxygen inhibition. This dimensionally stable system resists various sterilization methods including gamma radiation, and passes the plastics test for USP Class VI biocompatibility and ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity requirements.
