An ultra violet and/or heat curing adhesive, OPTOCAST AC-3716 is available for sampling. This 100% solids, low viscosity, one component acrylate based formulation can be cured almost instantly by exposing to ultra violet light in the 320-380nm
wavelength range or with heat to cure the shadowed areas. It cures to a soft, compliant material with a Shore A hardness of 60. OPTOCAST AC-3716 exhibits excellent adhesion to a variety of metal, ceramic and glass-filled epoxy surfaces.
