TULSA, Okla. - October 5, 2005 - The most powerful fast cure adhesive anchor on the market, the new Hilti HIT HY 150 MAX Chemical Anchor provides maximum performance in a wide range of base materials and applications. A full range of approvals means it's also perfect for heavy-duty anchoring jobs where safety is essential.
The HIT HY 150 MAX offers up to 20 percent higher load capacities than HIT HY 150 and may be used in oversized holes up to ¼-inch larger than the rod diameter. Packed in dual-fill containers, HIT HY 150 MAX features an innovative new mixer helix and connector, which reduce dispensing forces and optimize mixing quality, to make dispensing easier, help save time and reduce waste. This virtually odorless adhesive is available as part of a complete system of Hilti anchors, including the HAS-E Steel Threaded Rods, HIS Steel Inserts and HIT-TZ Threaded Rods.
Ideal for solid base materials such as concrete, grout-filled block and stone, as well as hollow block and brick, the HIT HY 150 MAX also features an improved temperature range (14 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit or -10 to 40 degrees Celsius) and an increased curing speed, which helps reduce installation time.
