Adalet Offers Fully Populated Motor Control Systems
Adalet offers a complete line of fully populated, explosionproof motor control enclosure systems for hazardous areas. Adalet standard XCE explosionproof enclosures can be outfitted with devices such as circuit breakers and disconnects, motor starters and combination starters, and panelboards for a variety of motor control applications.
Adalet circuit breaker enclosures are equipped with a through-the-door operating handle making it unnecessary to open the enclosure to operate the circuit breaker. The circuit breaker enclosures are built with standard features such as watertight gaskets, hinged covers mounting panels, standard conduit entries, and circuit breakers ranging from 15 to 800 amperes.
Adalet motor starter and combination starter assemblies include all internal components and through-the-door operators as well as options such as pilot devices, auxiliary contacts, OL heaters, control transformers, and panel wiring. Various voltages, HP, and NEMA sizes are available.
Adalet explosionproof, factory sealed, and stainless steel panelboards are used to control lighting & appliance, power circuits, and power distribution in applications requiring branch power distribution, over current, and short circuit protection. All Adalet panelboard enclosures come equipped with padlockable external operating handles, copper bus, isolated neutral and ground bar, GFI or EPD breakers. Gasketed covers provide NEMA 4X rated protection for a watertight seal, and quick thread, stainless steel cover bolts, removable hinges, and breather / drain are included as standard.
Adalet can also offer our XCPX series of ATEX certified control panels for those motor control requirements which require ATEX certification. These ATEX motor control systems are designed to provide a complete ATEX equipment certificate to final assemblies direct from Adalet without the need for additional third party testing and approvals.
