Survey shows 83 percent of painters have problems with 'shiners'
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C., May 9 / -- GE Sealants & Adhesives (GESA) today announced the introduction of GE Infinity, a paintable acrylic sealant that eliminates "shiners" -- changes in the sheen of paint when it is applied over caulk or sealant.
A recent survey by GESA found that 83 percent of professional painters have had problems with shiners. In fact, the number one reason pro painters have been called back to a customer's home is shiners.
