Adds Protection & Elasticity to Canvas Giclees
The Gluefast Company announces our CV series of water based acrylic coating designed specifically for use on canvas giclees printed with aqueous inks. The water based acrylic coating adds great elasticity so that when a canvas giclee is stretched onto a wooden frame, the ink does not tear when wrapping around the 90 degree angle of the frame.
The finish provides a soft gloss to the canvas. We can provide this coating with or without added uv protection. Versions for manual application and automatic application are available.
Samples of our CV product are available upon request. The coating is packaged in quarts, gallons, 5-gallon pails & 55-gallon drums. All materials used in the manufacture of these coatings are considered non-hazardous.
