Burr Updates Compac Actuators
BATTLE CREEK, MI- An updated color brochure is now available from Burr Engineering & Development Corporation featuring the latest specifications for their Compac 300 and 1000 Series Acme screw actuators.
Delivering the same stroke length as their standard counterparts but in less space, Compac models allow more application options. Capacities range up to 1,000 lbs. for moving loads, and up to 5,000 lbs. for static loads.
The Compac product lineup includes 72 models with stroke lengths ranging from 4" to 24". Custom designs up to 48" stroke are available in any quantity at competitive prices. All sizes can be specified with 12, 24 or 36 volt DC and 110 or 220 volt AC. Available gear ratios are 17:1, 25:1 and 55:1. Torque limiter or limit switch end of stroke operation are options. Burr actuators feature die cast aluminum power heads and zinc plated inner and outer tubes.
Burr Compac models replace Warner and most other brands, and use existing Burr optional fittings and accessories.
