Tiger Technology certifies Tiger Serve1 appliances with Accusys ExaSAN PCIe standards-based RAID storage and switches to provide ultra high-performance yet cost-effective shared storage systems



Sofia, Bulgaria Jhubei City, Taiwan — Accusys ExaSAN and Tiger Technology, leaders in SAN and high performance shared storage systems, today announced the availability of Tiger Serve1 integrated shared storage workflow controller, tuned and certified for use with Accusys ExaSAN PCIe storage systems.  This integrated and custom-engineered solution provides users with a powerful, productivity-boosting, and cost-effective shared storage system that is ideal for the most demanding content-centric workflows including editorial, post-production, color grading, and high-resolution finishing.



More than simple direct attached storage (DAS), Accusys ExaSAN PCIe RAID systems can also be configured as Storage Area Network (SAN) solutions with the addition of an ExaSAN PCIe switch.  The addition of a Tiger Serve1 shared storage workflow controller provides  advanced, high-performance, multi-user collaborative capabilities, including cross-platform file-sharing, project management, automatic file system maintenance, and 24/7 professional support required by today’s complex and time-constrained productions.



The Tiger – Accusys ExaSAN solution provides users with scalable capacity, high-bandwidth, and easy setup and use, as Tiger Serve1 appliances equipped with Accusys ExaSAN PCIe HBA cards take full advantage of the easy and budget-friendly PCI Express protocol throughout the storage path.
