Accraply to Exhibit at Pack Expo 2012
MINNEAPOLIS-- Accraply Inc., North America's leading supplier of labeling equipment, will showcase its latest technology at Pack Expo 2012, Oct. 28 to Oct. 31, in booth #S-800 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Leading the list of new technology to be exhibited are Accraply's shrink sleeve label applicators and shrink-tunnels. Manufactured in Plymouth, MN, this product line is comprised of two distinct styles of shrink sleeve label applicators catering to both moderate and high-speed line requirements. In addition, Accraply's new Modular Zoned Steam Tunnel offers an outstanding level of control, flexibility and performance for the most demanding shrink sleeve applications.
The latest shrink sleeve seamer from Accraply, the Stanford AccraSeam, is the fastest in the industry with speeds up to 600 meters per minute. The AccraSeam increases profitability by reducing waste and down-time with features such as the fully automated servo-controlled lay-flat adjustment, tool-less forming section, ultrasonic lay-flat monitoring, and lay-flat reporting.
Also on display will be the Trine Model 4800 roll-fed labeling system. This machine features advanced container-control which delivers superior bottle handling at speeds up to 600 containers per minute, a segmented vacuum drum which eliminates the need for re-padding, and a stainless steel guard specifically designed for the beverage industry.
Accraply will also exhibit its state-of-the-art pressure sensitive labelers featuring both an in-line labeling system and the versatile stand-alone label applicators for the ultimate in labeling flexibility.
