American Auto-Matrix Introduces New Access Control System - KeyMaster(TM)



Export, PA, February 5, 2002-American Auto-Matrix (AAM) established a technology partnership with Controlsoft Inc. to introduce the KeyMaster(TM) access control system.

KeyMaster(TM) includes Microsoft Windows®-based software packages along with appropriate controllers and readers. They target both high- and low-end access control applications. The KeyMaster(TM) Pro system provides integration to AAM's HVAC control products, closed circuit television, and time and attendance systems. The KeyMaster Lite(TM) system is a simpler system to install and configure and is applicable to smaller applications. Both software packages use RS-232, RS-485, or Wiegand standards to interface with the hardware.

Using the KeyMaster software, facilities managers can assign or remove keycards, manage zones and access permissions, link stored photographs to visitors and employees, view access control and system event logs, generate reports, and export data.

The KeyMaster system includes door controllers, card readers, clocking stations, proximity cards and tags, and accessories.
