Synergistics Announces Access Control System With Site Partitioning And Image Verification

Partitioning allows the user to segregate the system so operators are only able to view, edit and control a designated portion of the system. This is ideal for multi-tenant buildings where each floor is occupied by a different business. Site partitioning allows the main user to control the shared points of entry such as the front doors or elevators while each tenant has control over their own space.
An additional feature to Presidio 1.3 is image verification. This feature allows the user to see the cardholder's picture when the card is used. The image and optional data record appear in a pop-up window that can be closed automatically or manually. In the event that an invalid card is swiped the database alerts the user that there is no image or record for that card available.
Completely web-based and requiring no locally installed software, Presidio has been designed as the ideal enterprise solution. Fully scalable to meet any configuration, Presidio can be completely integrated with various industry-leading access control system hardware controllers. Through the use of 128SSL encryption, alarms and events can be securely monitored in real-time via the Internet/Intranet with alarm event information routed automatically to cell phones, pagers and email.
