Las Vegas, NV (November 11, 2003) - Dortronics Systems, Inc.'s 8160 Wiegand Output Keypads directly interface with access control systems that accept the 26-bit output requiring users with access control cards or proximity devices to enter a PIN code into the keypad to gain access. The keypads, available in 26-bit Wiegand and 8-bit Word output configurations, provide a cost-efficient and easy means of enhancing the level of security for most new and existing access control systems.
