(HORTON, MICHIGAN, February 14, 2002) Rack & Pinion, Inc. announces the availability of high-performance accelerated ejectors designed to be "drop-in" substitutes for industry standard ejectors. Ejectors are precision manufactured using heat-treated alloy steel, providing mold and die makers with a durable, high-strength alternate product. In addition, these assemblies are offered from a 1:1 up to 2:1 rack travel ratio, while maintaining the size needed to fit in existing mold pockets. Rack & Pinion ejectors also can be completely customized to suit a customer's particular application.
In addition to standard and custom Ejectors, the company also makes custom racks and pinions, special gears, such as involute and parallel spline shafts.
