Oriental Motor USA is proud to introduce our newest AC motor Speed Control products, the DSC Series motor and controller package. The DSC Series is a cost effective, high functioning and simple to use closed loop AC Speed Control system that offers easy to use speed control.
Unique to Oriental Motor’s AC Speed Control products is the utilization of single-phase AC power, requiring only single-phase 110/115 VAC or single-phase 220/230 VAC with output power of 6W (1/125HP) up to 90W (1/8HP). A maximum output torque of 350 lb-in can be generated from this compact package. An electromagnetic brake with our new Deceleration Control Function is available to support vertical speed control applications. Motors come standard with the high permissible torque, high strength parallel gear head, with an inch or metric output shaft or a metric round shaft motor only.
The DSC Series programmable controller has the programming functions built into the front face of the controller for simple programming and features a LED readout for monitoring. Up to 20 axes can be controlled from one controller (PLC). A 3m (9.8 ft) cable is also included.
