Designed to meet the space and performance needs in medical and dental instrumentation and systems, ASTRODYNE announces the OFM/M Series line of medically-approved ultraminiature open frame modular switching power supplies that provide output power over the range of 5 to 15 Watts. All models accept universal input from 85-265VAC. 21 models are available that provide single outputs of 3.3 to 24VDC and dual outputs of ±12VDC or ±15VDC. The OFM/M Series are pinout and size compatible to most industry standards. The OFM/M Series features an integral power-good LED indicator and an output adjustment potentiometer. Ambient Operating Temperature Range: 0 to 45°C without forced cooling or output power derating. All models contain over voltage and short circuit protection circuitry with internal input filtering. The OFM/M Series is fully approved to UL60601-1 and EN60601-1 medical safety specifications. Commercial non-medical versions are also available. Dimensions are as small as 2.28"L X 1.77"W X 0.83"H (5 Watt Version) and all models are designed for PCB plug-in mounting.
