Wrentham, MA — Power Sources Unlimited, Inc. announces the new 4 to 24 Watt TIW Series of fully encapsulated AC-DC modules to our expanding TRACO Power portfolio. Dust and Waterproof IP 67 rated these units are designed specifically for office, building automation, and household installations and devices.
The high efficient TIW series are a new range of compact size DC-power supplies which fit in the standardized in-wall flush boxes or can be mounted directly on the wall. Standard features include universal input range 93 to 264VAC, operating temperature range of -25°C to +50°C, regulated output voltages, short circuit and overload protection.
The TIW Series comply fully with safety standards IEC/EN 60950-1, EN 50178, EN 60335-1, UL 1310 Class 2 and EMC standards for commercial and residential protection Class II installations. Typical applications are powering of electric devices used in home automation and in security systems like i.e. DC-motors, controllers, indicators, etc.
