BF Rated Medical Grade 115W AC-DC Power Supplies
Wrentham, MA — Power Sources Unlimited, Inc. announces the new PMAM115 Series of compact 115W AC-DC power supplies that are specifically designed for direct patient contact (BF Rated) Medical applications (not for life-support equipment) and meets 2x MOPP and EN/UL 60601-1 3rd edition safety standards.
The single output PMAM115 Series are compact (2" x 4" x 1.3") in size with an open-frame footprint that delivers 115 watts of continuous power with 7 CFM of forced air cooling. Output voltages are 12, 24 or 48VDC with a universal input range of 85–264VAC and efficiencies greater than up to 91%. Additional features include over-voltage, overload and short circuit protection, leakage current of < 110 µA maximum at 264VAC and an operating temperature range from 0 to +70°C. Units have an MTBF of >100,000 hours at full load and 25°C ambient calculated per MIL-HDBK-217F. Green Power design < 0 .5W no load power consumption.
The EMC performance meets EN55011 and FCC Class B standards and are also certified Class II construction for home health care and Class I with functional ground connection.
