Weiler Expands Burr-Rx(TM) Abrasive Nylon Disc Brush Offering
Due to overwhelming demand, Weiler Corporation has added 3" and 5" diameters to its Burr-Rx line of abrasive nylon disc brushes for in-machine deburring. The line also includes 4", 6" and 9" diameters.
Burr-Rx brushes are more aggressive than conventional abrasive nylon brushes; allowing a faster feed rate, which translates to getting the same job done in a shorter cycle time. The proprietary high aggression filaments of the Burr-Rx brushes enable the removal of larger burrs than standard abrasive nylon brushes.
If you want to improve your bottom line, Burr-Rx disc brushes increase labor productivity, reduce work-in-process inventory and improve part quality and consistency.
