The patented composite hub construction of Nylox wheels permit up to 30% more usable fill material than other construction types, resulting in maximum fill density. This provides a more uniform distribution of the fill material at the brush face, resulting in longer brush life, superior balance and a more consistent finish. The unique tuft-style construction of the Nylox disc brush provides aggressive cutting action, extended brush life and reduced cycle times compared to similar products.
