Big audience in ABAS workshop "Integrating control"

Valencia, Spain / Karlsruhe, Germany- On March 27th, 2012 ABAS Ibérica participated in a workshop organized by AIMME Metal-Processing Technology Institute) in the Technological Park in Valencia, Spain. ABAS Ibérica focused on the title "Integrating control", focusing on how to increase efficiency and productivity in the industrial, mid-sized company.

The event was attended by many Spanish industrial firms, particularly companies in automotive, metal, food, machinery and engineering, which had a great exchange and personal touch with the performing companies; AIMME, EDINN, Leadertecna Engineers, Multicode Mobile and, of course, ABAS Ibérica.

Best Practices

The workshop started with a welcome presentation by the Metal-Processing Technology Institute, mentioning the values they can offer to their partners. They were followed by a presentation by Alberto Martin, Head of Sales at ABAS Iberica, who presented "The first step to efficiency in my business."

abas Business Software - increasing efficiency and productivity José Manuel García, Consultant at ABAS Ibérica then showed the flexibility and power abas Business Software offers mid-sized, industrial companies and how to easily access information within abas ERP with a tablet or smartphone using abas Mobile. To conclude the first portion, Jose Manuel Morales, General Director at Rufepa Tecnoagro presented a case study discussing the successful implementation of abas ERP and the benefits it brought, including; improved cost control, the amended material evaluation and improved data-capture which allows Rufepa offer better customer service.

The second part of the event included presentations by companies like EDINN with the topic "Control and efficiency in production", Multicode Mobile "Controlling Stocks" and Leadertecna Engineers "Financing R + D + I projects". All presentations were focused on solutions that increase efficiency and productivity within the mid-sized company.

After the presentations participants had to have network sessions with the presenting experts.
