RPC Bramlage’s pioneering Twist Up dispensing technology is to be made available on the company’s market-leading Magic Star dispenser range.
The new Magic Star Twist Up, in a range of sizes from 30ml to 200ml, will offer a choice of dosing levels of 1ml and 1.5ml. The containers are made from polypropylene for all sizes, while PET is available for 100ml and 150ml versions. The piston is manufactured in polyethylene.
The dispenser system can be personalised to the requirements of individual brands through a choice of high quality decoration options including labelling, foil stamping, lacquering, metallisation, offset printing, screen printing and pad printing.
Twist Up technology works by turning the upper part of the dispenser to reveal the dispensing head. The dispenser offers consistent controlled dosing and hygienic application of lotions, creams and gels and then closes in the ‘down’ position to protect its contents.
The overall pack mimics the appearance of a conventional overcapped dispenser to enable it to fit into existing family ranges.
The Magic Star Twist Up will join the current Magic SL Twist Up variants after the development is completed. While the slim line design of the SL has particular appeal for women’s products, the bulkier Magic Star is ideal for men’s brands.
