Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL), Cranston, RI, announces its Model 4502 USB Type-A, A/B switch with remote control, which is perfect to connect a computer to multiple USB devices. This versatile network switch allows switching between two USB devices without disconnecting cables as well as sharing a USB device between 2 computers.
M4502 may be controlled manually via front panel pushbutton or remotely from an RS232 serial port on rear of unit. The A, B, and Common ports are all Type A, USB connectors and all signals are supported. This dependable data switch has a rugged aluminum desktop enclosure providing EMI/RFI shielding and maintaining last set position on power loss while continuing to pass data.
