Platform with New Caster Instantly Self Locks and Unlocks Without Use of Lever

Payson Casters is pleased to announce the addition of  a new custom caster innovation to their vast line of casters and wheel products particularly useful for platform applications.

When you stand on the platform the spring deflects and the platform comes down on the ground and becomes immobile.

The platform can be designed for the customer's specific requirements or the customers can buy the casters to make it work on their own platforms, work stations, etc.

Available in either single or double, hard or soft rubber wheels, this unique new spring loaded caster safely engages and locks in position when force is applied downward on the caster spring. While in a locked position, the caster instantly unlocks and disengages when force is once again applied downward.

As there is no cumbersome manual locking and unlocking of casters lever worker  productivity is safely increased. Spring load capacity of caster ranges from 10 to 1,200 lbs.

The caster angle bracket comes standard in powder coated laguna blue or finish of any other color desired, as well as optional zinc plating.
