ACL Staticide Introduces Two New Lint-Free Critical Cleaning Wipes

ACL introduces two new lint-free wipe materials for critical cleaning to its Contamination Control line for applications which require pristine surfaces and extrinsic contamination removal.

Featuring low particle and fiber release, these hydro-entangled clean room wipes will remove difficult particles without losing the material integrity even in wet applications. Ultrasonic technology is used to seal the edges to increase particle and fiber retention and to provide a no-scratch border. Binder-free and without chemical residues these wipes are suitable for difficult surface cleaning applications in clean rooms found in aerospace, optics, micro-electronics and medical device manufacturing.

  • Model 8409MF Staticide Microfiber Wipe for critical task cleaning offers efficient pick-up and removal of contaminants, whether used wet or dry. The 80% polyester/20% nylon blend is noted for its strength and liquid absorbency. Suitable for ISO Class 5 (Class 100) environments.
  • Model 8299MD Staticide Microdenier Wipesis a unique soft fabric that attracts and holds contaminants within its wedge-like structure.
