Custom Wipers available in 6 different textiles

Custom design wipe program from Zolab allows customers to create their own wipes.  The custom wipes are available to be manufactured in a choice of 6 different textiles, including knit polyester, microfiber, and nonwoven polyester/cellulose, and different sizes ranging from 2 in. by 2 in. up to 3 ft. by 3 ft. The wipers can also be specified in packaging, whether it be individually folded or bulk bagged.

Zolab Announces Custom Wipers for North America

Zolab has announced a new wipe program so customers can design and specify their own cleaning wipes. Zolab will manufacture custom designed wipes with a choice of 6 different textiles and sizes from 2" x 2" to 36" x 36”. Packaging can also be specified from individual folded wipers to bulk bagging.

“ Some of our customers have very specific needs including large wiper sizes not available commercially or field cleaning kits so we decided to formally offer this custom program to everyone.” says David Linke, Sales Engineer at Zolab. “We can optimize wipers by textile, cleanliness, size, and packaging to exactly match the cleaning task and reduce total cost.”

Zolab offers knit polyester, microfiber, and nonwoven polyester/cellulose wipers for cleanroom and other critical cleaning applications.
