Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL), Cranston, RI, announces the new Model 7286 DB25 Crossover Switch with Contact Control Remote Port. This low profile, 19-inch rack unit supports connections between four devices or peripherals connected to ports A, B, C, and D in two different switch positions, Normal and Crossover.

This versatile network switch allows selection of switch position, Normal or Crossover, via front panel pushbutton or remotely via dry contact closure to remote DB9 port. Users can remotely monitor switch position or utilize remote contact closure to lockout the front panel pushbutton controls. All 25 signals of the interface are switched and the ports are transparent to all data.
