Greater Flexibility and Detail for Forfeiture Estimations and Financial Reporting

The Express Options(TM) product enables companies to self-administer their employee stock option and restricted stock award plans. This new release will allow clients to create and track multiple forfeiture estimation rates. Additionally, version 8.0 gives users greater flexibility around FAS123R expense reporting.

An updated 'Compensation Cost Accrual Report' allows for more flexible reporting when comparing estimated forfeitures to actual forfeitures for vested shares. Other enhancements of this release include additional financial reports, as well as administrative features and functionality.
