The 300 series is one of six standard models we manufacture to cover the unique needs of the washer market, with infinite possibilities in customization available. This group of four washers shipped to a Fortune 100 Company to help them realize their unique cleaning needs.
The 300 Agitating Hot Tank has the ability to clean quickly and efficiently with little to no maintenance. The 300 is offered in both natural gas and electric heat units and can be configured to liquid propane upon request. Capacity ranges from 350 pounds to 4,500 pounds, with the 300 handling 1,600 pounds. The heart of our system is its simplicity in which we move the water, not the parts, eliminating virtually all maintenance. With the augmentation of our highly effective Air Agitation, water penetrates into hard to reach internal and external surfaces, resulting in 50% faster cleaning cycles than with other types of tanks. All models feature double-welded, all steel construction, fiberglass insulated shell and stainless steel insulated lid, and a V-bottom for easy draining and cleaning. Our Agitating Hot Tanks can be equipped with numerous options such as parts baskets for overhead loading, canister filtration and oil skimmer for reduced chemistry changes, and stainless steel components for extended life and reduced maintenance. Our systems will help your organization clean quickly and efficiently.
