2-Way Stainless Steel Poppet Valves are Perfect for Highly Corrosive or Ultra-Pure Liquid Applications, and Can Now be Either Direct Pilot, or Solenoid Operated

LEXINGTON, KY (October 26, 2005) - Lexair Inc.'s 2-way poppet valve is available in ¾" and 1" normally closed configurations, and is perfect for air, oil, water or vacuum pressure applications with highly corrosive or ultra-pure liquid systems. Available as either a direct pilot operated, or solenoid operated configuration, the valves are designed for use where quick positive control is required from a low pilot signal. They're utilized in a broad range of industrial applications, from electronics and petrochemical plants to offshore oil operations, commercial laundries, and car washes.

The valves feature a large resilient poppet that provides bubble-tight closure, even under low-pressure conditions. They are rated 500 psi, air-oil-water, but with modifications can be rated to operate at 1000 psi, oil or water.

Featuring stainless steel body and internal parts, the valves feature Viton seals and a brass/nickel plated pilot cap. The valves are designed with quick access to internal parts-eliminating the need to remove in-line piping-for easy maintenance.

Lexair manufactures a full line of standard and specialty fluid power products including hydraulic, pneumatic and process control valves for industrial, mobile, marine, aerospace and custom-designed valves for unique OEM applications.
