York’s Tooling Dynamics President Ty Berkey Named to Board of Directors for Regional Manufacturers’ Association
(York, Pa.) – Tyson Berkey, president and COO of Tooling Dynamics LLC of York, was recently named to the Board of Directors of The Manufacturers’ Association, a multi-county regional trade association providing services and benefits to member-companies in manufacturing and logistics throughout southcentral PA and northcentral MD.
As President of Tooling Dynamics, Berkey provides strategic leadership and department guidance and oversees the financial performance of the company, which was founded in 1982 and today employs nearly 200 team members.
Berkey joined the firm in 2014, following more than 16 years in senior operational, supply chain and management roles with TE Connectivity.
A resident of Mechanicsburg, he is a graduate of Penn State University, a member of APICS (the association for supply chain management) and is Six Sigma Transactional Green Belt certified.
He will assume his new role with The Manufacturers’ Association, at the Association’s next board of directors meeting on July 27.
The Manufacturers' Association is the partner and advocate for manufacturing, production and logistics in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
