Yatin Tayalia Named Managing Director Of Xylem India
21 February 2022 - Xylem Inc., a global water technology company, today announced the appointment of Yatin Tayalia as Managing Director of Xylem in India. Current Managing Director Nitin Bhate will be taking on a new role as the Global Director and General Manager of Xylem Custom Pumps.
Tayalia will report to Franz Cerwinka, President, Emerging Markets, and will be based in Bangalore, India.
Prior to this appointment, Yatin Tayalia served as Senior Vice-President and Business Leader for South Asia at SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions. He has over 25 years of experience in water, chemicals and computational analysis industries across Asia, with diversified leadership experience in business, sales, commercial, product and technology management. Tayalia has an integrated Bachelors and Masters of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
