Earn LEED Environmental Quality Credits with Bevco Seating Products
Bevco seating products have been tested by Berkley Analytical Associates, LLC, a California based testing laboratory, and have been found to comply with the LEED-CI 4.5 standards for very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
As a result, Bevco seating now qualifies for LEEDS credits and meets these additional standards: Indoor Advantage Gold(TM) by Scientific Certification Systems and the BIFMA Furniture Emissions Standards (FES). Since the seating products meet these standards, they also qualify for the chair credit as defined in the Collaborative for High Performance Schools, Best Practices Manual, 2009, Indoor Environmental Quality, EQ2.2.5 Low-Emitting Furniture and Furnishings.
