Tripp Lite's PowerAlert Software Adds New "Economy Mode" Capability
"Green" Feature Reduces Power Consumption, Saves on Energy Costs
Chicago, IL (April 22, 2009) The newest version of Tripp Lite's PowerAlert software includes an "Economy Mode" function, allowing users to maximize their UPS systems' efficiency and save on electricity expenditures. Promoting the "Green" initiative in the workplace, PowerAlert helps reduce power consumption and dramatically decreases the level of heat produced in network closets and data centers, leading to substantial savings in cooling and energy costs.
