Withdrawal: IBM p5 Model 570 large configurations offering
The IBM p5 Model 570 large configurations offering, described in United States Marketing Announcement 305-151 , dated September 15, 2005, and Canadian Announcement A05-1417, dated September 15, 2005, is being withdrawn.
IBM invoices for the eligible minimum configurations must have a date of on or after September 15, 2005, but no later than December 31, 2005.
Signed and accepted Leasing Certificates of Acceptance, or lease contracts with "Deemed Acceptance" must have a commencement date of on or after September 15, 2005, but no later than December 31, 2005.
The invoice/lease commencement dates specified in this announcement supersede invoice/lease commencement dates specified in the IBM p5 Model 570 large configurations offering rebate request form.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
