Wilke Enginuity Adds New Fiber Laser Cutting Capabilities
Wilke Enginuity, located in Hanover, PA, has added a new 8,000 watt OPTIPLEX 3015 Fiber III to add to its current Laser Cutting capabilities. This laser is one of the fastest laser cutting machines on the market, giving us the ability to produce parts even faster for our customers. In the end, faster parts means reduced pricing and quicker turn-around for our customers. Additionally, we are now able to cut highly reflective parts such as Copper, Brass and Galvanized Steel. We can also cut thicker sheets, with Steel, Stainless and Aluminum up to 1” thick.
Our capabilities on this machine include Laser Cutting, Laser Engraving and Laser Marking. It is a 2D flying optics laser-cutting system that utilizes an innovative control and drive package to deliver high performance fabrication at high speeds and accuracy. It also includes a 2-pallet changer design with a helical rack and pinion positioning system that features high through-put and rugged construction delivers a combination of performance and value.
