Western Shield Label Company Acquires Self-Stik Labels


Rancho Dominguez, CA (October 1st, 2011) -- Western Shield Label Company, a leading label converter in Southern California, today announced that they have acquired Self-Stik Labels a label printer based in Chatsworth, CA, with expertise in the health/beauty and cosmetic markets.

With the addition of Self-Stik Label's established customer base and assets, Western Shield increases its foothold in the Southern California market and now has opportunities to make further inroads in the HABA and cosmetic markets. "Phil Hendricks, the founder of Self-Stik Labels, has done a tremendous job in establishing a solid customer base over the last twenty years. We look forward to working with Phil to service and grow these accounts in the years to come," said Frank Connelly, CEO of Western Shield.
