Provides Customers with a Valuable Source of Cost and Time Savings

This service is aligned with Weiler's "solution-providing" philosophy and exceptional customer support.
If a problem is too complex to be solved over the phone, customers can send component parts to Weiler's comprehensive in-house application lab free of charge. At the lab, highly-skilled engineers perform technical viability analysis on the customers' parts.
The CNC machine allows the engineers to simulate customer problems, including those encountered during in-machine deburring, to quickly identify a solution. Weiler will address issues such as cycle time, finish required and product life to provide the most cost-effective solution. Additionally, Weiler engineers will offer recommendations concerning speeds, feeds and precise tool paths.
Weiler will also make on-site visits; a Weiler Application Engineer will visit the user's facility to determine the best product and process to meet specific requirements. After determining the needs of the end-user, Weiler develops value-added solutions that will reduce the user's manufacturing costs.
