We Never Give Up

We have been closely monitoring the complex and rapidly evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We would like to extend a special thank you to the local, state and federal agencies, as well as health officials who work diligently to contain the virus. We are following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure that we are making consistent, fact-based decisions about our activities and our operations.

We want to provide an update on the state of our operations, our supply chain, how we are addressing your safety, that of our associates and the communities in which we live and work.

  • First and foremost, our locations will remain open to serve your needs and those of our community. We will continue to service our customers and foresee no interruption of services. Our inventory and supply chain remain strong. If you have any questions regarding your projects, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Kleen Blast or Kleen Industrial Services sales associate. This is clearly a dynamic situation but we do not anticipate any closures of our 5 locations, we will work to communicate in a timely fashion and provide you with alternative solutions if need arises.
  • Showroom and counter safety and cleanliness will remain a priority. Now more than ever, associates are focused on maintaining hygiene and implementing sanitization protocols recommended by the CDC. We are focused on disinfecting customer high-touch surface areas regularly.
  • Kleen Blast and Kleen Industrial Services has always been honored to provide world-class services to industry professionals coast-to-coast. When you walk into one of our locations, we want you to feel welcomed, and most likely you’ve been warmly welcomed with a handshake. Right now, the CDC is recommending social distancing. While not welcoming you with a handshake might feel awkward for us, please let it be a sign of how much we value you, your health and the health of those you love. We encourage customers to continue to use our online services where possible.
  • We have made the difficult decision, out of an abundance of caution and a review of information from experts and authorities, to suspend nonessential travel. Additionally, we will continue to monitor and adjust as needed, which may include postponing, rescheduling and canceling.
  • Our greatest responsibility is ensuring every Kleen Blast and Kleen Industrial Services associate returns home as good as or better than when they came to work. We are educating all our associates on COVID-19 symptoms and preventive measures. We remain flexible and recommend that any associate who is not feeling well stay at home.

While this is a fast-moving situation, we are confident we are making choices consistent with maintaining your trust and our values. Our highest priority remains the health and safety of our customers, associates and communities, and we are committed to providing updates as we learn more.

Thank you for your continued support of our company.

Regards,

 Timothy Spurgeon
