We Have NSF/ANSI 61 Certification for String Wound Filters
Delta Pure Filtration has achieved its first NSF/ANSI 61 certifications. The first product that we are announcing is our DW Series string wound filters which use polypropylene complying with FDA CFR - more announcements to follow!Â
NSF/ANSI 61 was developed to establish minimum requirements for the control of potential adverse human health effects from products that contact drinking water, and many water municipalities now require "NSF 61" in their purchasing specifications. This is not just for water municipalities – anyone filtering drinking water, juices, etc. will probably feel more confident when using a filter that meets this standard.
