Watlow Names Chad Merryman Director of Customer Acquisition and Retention


St. Louis - Watlow, a leading designer and manufacturer of heaters, controllers and temperature sensors, recently announced the appointment of Chad Merryman to director of customer acquisition and retention. Merryman will focus on learning and understanding Watlow customer needs and building the best processes, flow and operating systems to support those needs. He will report directly to Tom LaMantia, chief operating officer.

Prior to joining Watlow, Merryman worked for Americall Group, Inc. (AGI), a business process outsourcer that provides services and programs centered on customer service, lead generation, acquisition, retention and win-back strategies. He was senior vice president for Americall's southeast division.

Merryman holds a bachelor's in business administration and speech communication from McKendree College and an MBA from Webster University.
