Warren Promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller


(Pawcatuck, Conn.) - Davis-Standard, LLC is pleased to announce that Jerald Warren has been promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller. Warren will be responsible for assisting in the full financial utilization of the company's newly implemented ERP system, including the development of the system's corporate financial reporting package. His responsibilities will also include coordinating the long term goals of the company's fiscal strategic plan, along with monthly reporting and planning in coordination with the company's sales and operations plan.

Warren joined Davis-Standard in January 2006 as Business Director-Aftermarket and was promoted in October 2007 to Vice President-Aftermarket. Warren had come to Davis-Standard after six years as a Managing Partner with New Harbour, Inc. in Fall River, MA. Prior to his work in starting and operating New Harbour, he held numerous financial and general management positions with John Brown Plastics Machinery and Brown and Sharpe Manufacturing Co. for over 18 years.

Warren received his BS in Mathematical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
