Walter Announces Marketing Organizational Changes in the Americas Region and U.S.

Waukesha, WI – As part of an overall restructuring to its marketing organization, Walter has announced new personnel appointments. Mark Hemmerling, formerly Director of Marketing for Walter USA has been appointed Director of Marketing for the entire Americas Region which includes Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina as well as the United States.

Replacing Hemmerling as Marketing Manager for the USA and Canada is Maria Cartier.

The announcements were made jointly by Muff Tanriverdi, President Walter Americas Region and Kim Seidelman, Managing Director, Walter USA, LLC.

Hemmerling has been with Walter for 12 years in various marketing positions. In this newly created position he will be responsible for all marketing efforts for the Americas Region, reporting to Tanriverdi.

Cartier was formerly Marketing Director with Smiths Medical, a global leader in medical device manufacturing. In that position she was responsible for strategic planning, product development, regional marketing and marketing communications. She will have similar responsibilities for Walter USA, reporting to Seidelman.
