Wabtec Shareholders Elect Three Directors
WILMERDING, PA, May 16, 2007 - Shareholders of Wabtec Corporation elected three directors to three-year terms at the company's annual meeting in Pittsburgh today. Directors elected were: William E. Kassling, chairman of the board; Robert J. Brooks; and Albert J. Neupaver, the company's president and chief executive officer.
Wabtec Corporation is a global provider of value-added, technology-based products and services for the rail industry. Through its subsidiaries, the company manufactures a range of products for locomotives, freight cars and passenger transit vehicles.
