W.A.C. Lighting Appoints Shelley Wang To General Manager
GARDEN CITY, NEW YORK---W.A.C. Lighting has announced the appointment
of Shelley Wang to the newly created position of General Manager.
W.A.C. Lighting is a leading and rapidly growing designer and
manufacturer of track, recessed, under-cabinet and monorail lighting.
Ms. Wang, who joined the firm in the summer of 2004 as Assistant to
the CEO, is the daughter of Tony and Tai Wang (the founders and
principals of W.A.C. Lighting). In her new position, Ms. Wang will
continue to work closely with Mr. Wang, the President/CEO, and help him
coordinate operations in the United States and uphold the company's
commitment to excellence.
Prior to joining W.A.C. Lighting, Ms. Wang served as Employee Benefits
Consultant to Deloitte & Touche, a global professional services
organization that specializes in tax, auditing, financial services, and
other consulting.
Ms. Wang is a graduate of Cornell University, with a B.S. degree in
Industrial and Labor Relations. She also received a Retirement
Planning Associate designation from the International Foundation of
Employee Benefit Specialists.
