Acquisition Provides VWR Life Science Customers Even Greater Choice and Value
RADNOR, Pa., Feb. 2, 2011 - VWR International, LLC, a global leader in distributing laboratory supplies and services, announced today that it has acquired AMRESCO Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of high quality biochemicals and reagents for Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Proteomics, Clinical and Histology areas of research and production.
